These pieces can be fully customized so once your order is placed send us an email with your order # requesting any little details you want us to look for during the construction of your art piece (if you have any).
This insurance fee on shipping covers your frame if it gets damaged at all during shipping. You will receive a full replacement for free. We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure packages are properly wrapped & secure during shipping. By not selecting insurance on shipping, we assume that you are not interested & you will be held responsible monetarily for any possible damages to you piece.
